Don’t miss it! Our next big book sale will be Friday, August 7 and Saturday, August 8. As

always, we will have a room full of books and other items at very low prices. Adult non-fiction

covering a multitude of topics is sorted by category; adult fiction is alphabetical by author. We have a

good selection of large print books. Children’s offerings include everything from board books to early

readers to chapter books. The YA section boasts sci-fi, fantasy, graphic novels, and non-fiction. Also

featured in this sale will be CDs and DVDs, puzzles, and a variety of back-to-school items.

If these dates conflict with vacation, or if you aren’t able to make the sale for another reason, keep in

mind that there are always books available for purchase at the Friendly Finds area near the main

                                                     desk.  Sale proceeds fund many library programs.

We gratefully accept donations of books in good condition that you no longer need or want.

Volunteers will be at the back entrance of the library every Saturday from 9:30 until Noon for

assistance. (You can also return books that you previously purchased from the FRIENDS!) To learn

Just a reminder- Due to space and storage limitations, we are unable to accept large donations of more than 5 boxes at a time. If we are unable to accept your items, consider donating to Goodwill or Vietnam Vets at https://pickupplease.org/donate-in-waterbury-ct/
